At a time when the world feels increasingly louder and performative, Stephanie Dickson is choosing a different path for her next chapter—one that is rooted in absolute alignment. A professional speaker and experience builder, Stephanie’s journey has evolved from fashion events planner, to spreading the message of sustainability through Green is the New Black and The Conscious Festival, and now into deeper work of healing collective consciousness through a new platform she’s building: The Cosmic Circle.
Stephanie’s Power Portrait session was designed to capture this moment of transition: a slowing down, a coming home, and a visual anchoring of the woman she is becoming. I absolutely love what we created together—imagery that is distinctive, and feels both soft yet strong. I wanted these portraits to represent her clarity and self-trust as she steps into this next chapter. Naturally, I asked her to share a bit about it with you all, as well as her shoot experience!
Can you share a little about yourself and your journey?
I’m a builder of movements, experiences, and moments that bring people back to themselves and closer to what really matters.
My journey began in fashion, shifted into sustainability with the founding of Green Is The New Black and The Conscious Festival, and now continues through a deeper lens of consciousness and healing.
Along the way, I’ve realised that the most lasting change doesn’t start with strategy, it starts with state. When we do the inner work, the outer work becomes more powerful, purposeful, and sustainable.
My mission is to advance consciousness and climate action. And I do this as a professional speaker, serial conscious events and experience builder.
What new chapter or direction are you stepping into right now?
This next chapter is about slowing down to go deeper. I’m stepping into a space of guiding transformation, through intimate events, conscious leadership experiences, and community that blends inner growth with outer action. It’s no longer just about sustainability from an environmental lens, but about regenerating our inner ecosystems, so that our outer ones have a chance to thrive too.
Tell us about your new events platform The Cosmic Circle. What’s your vision for this and the impact you’d like to make?
The Cosmic Circle is a space for reconnection: to self, to others, to source. Playing at the intersection of consciousness, connection, and collective evolution.
It’s a platform for high-vibration gatherings that merge neuroscience, energetics, and heart-centred leadership, helping people move through blockages and rise into the next version of themselves. We run events like manifestation workshops, higher self dinners and events that active natural highs in a very nourishing container. My hope is to create a ripple effect, because when we heal and lead from alignment, we don’t just shift our lives, we shift culture.
How did the shoot experience itself feel for you?
The shoot was incredible, even better than I could have imagined. Every touchpoint from start to finish was highly professional yet laced with Susannah’s warmth and creativity.
Susannah and the team made everything feel effortless, while creating a very safe space. As someone who is not seasoned in front of the camera, she made me feel so comfortable and really brought out the best in me. It was also so special to have the outfits styled and my hair and make up done.
From the pre-interview where she got a sense of where I was right now and where I wanted to go, to the beautifully creative yet tasteful shoot concept, to the final products, everything was a breeze. And I am SO blown away with the final results.
In what ways will your Power Portraits help you show up more confidently?
These portraits feel like an anchor for the woman I’m becoming. They don’t just capture an aesthetic, but my energy, a remembrance of my power, softness, and clarity. I see them helping me show up with more consistency and confidence, especially as I speak, lead, and launch new offerings that are more personal and vulnerable. It is just so exciting to have images that capture this new chapter for me and represent where I’m going!
What would you tell another founder or leader who’s on the journey to showing up more fully, aligned and authentically?
In a world full of AI slop, showing aligned and authentically is more valuable and important than ever. You don’t need to be louder, trendier, or more polished, you just need to be real.
The more you honour your natural rhythm, your truth, your energy, the more magnetic and aligned your work becomes. And don’t forget: the version of you who already has everything you desire? She’s not out there. She’s already inside. Your job is to make space for her to rise.
Your inner climate is your legacy. And as said best by Maya Angelou “People will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.”
