After sending in an enquiry, we’ll schedule a short call to learn more about your story, brand and image goals. I’ll walk you through the Power Portrait experience and answer any questions you may have.

STEP 2 — STRATEGY SESSION

Once you’ve confirmed your booking, we’ll hop on a 1-1 Strategy Call to plan your dream shoot. We’ll discuss references and inspiration to nail down exactly how your images will align with your brand and message.

I’ll then translate our ideas into a beautifully curated photoshoot document, showcasing your mood board, location, and hair and makeup options to bring the vision to life.

Once you give the go-ahead, I’ll take care of all the bookings, so everything is seamlessly organised and ready for your shoot.

STEP 3 — SHOOT DAY

Your shoot day has arrived! With every detail pre-planned and aligned on, all you need to do is show up, enjoy being pampered in hair and makeup, and get ready to shine in front of the camera.

I’ll guide and direct you throughout your session—from poses to angles—so you feel completely confident, at ease, and have fun every step of the way.

STEP 4 — FINAL IMAGES

SELECT YOUR FAVOURITES

Within 48 hours of your shoot, you’ll receive a link to your image shortlist to make your editing selections.

Your final, professionally retouched imagery will then be delivered in a private online gallery within 7-10 working days.

This experience is the full package! The shoot fee covers strategy and planning together, photography and retouched images, hair and make up artist plus studio location.
I’ll give feedback on the outfits you want to select for your shoot, but for full styling and help with outfit sourcing, I can bring in one of my go-to stylists for an additional fee!
A 50% deposit is required after our consult call as confirmation and to secure your shoot date. The remaining balance is due before delivery of your final edited images.

Yes—you’ll have full commercial rights to your images, with no licensing fees or restrictions. Use them anywhere you need: your website, socials, press, or print!
I don’t share RAW files since they’re not the polished final product. But if you’d like more images beyond what a package includes, they can be added for an additional fee.
Of course! Most of my clients say they start the shoot nervous but end it feeling empowered. I’ll guide you through natural posing and direction so it feels effortless and fun.
